Amazon Operations Specialist - China

Job Responsibilities

1. Store and Listing Optimization

  • Conduct in-depth research and optimization of product keywords, titles, bullet points, A+ content, product videos, and listing copy to improve traffic and conversion rates.
  • Plan, coordinate, and follow up on visual assets, including product images and videos, to enhance listing quality and page appeal.

2. Advertising and Promotion Strategy

  • Independently develop monthly and quarterly advertising budgets and campaign strategies across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display.
  • Build and manage advertising campaigns, optimize keyword targeting, adjust bidding strategies, and analyze advertising reports.
  • Monitor key performance metrics such as ACOS, CTR, CVR, and ROAS to continuously improve advertising efficiency.
  • Use promotional tools such as off-site promotions, Vine, and other Amazon programs to support sales growth.

3. Inventory and Supply Chain Coordination

  • Develop effective inventory planning and replenishment strategies to avoid stockouts and excess inventory.
  • Work closely with supply chain and procurement teams to track shipments, replenishment progress, and FBA inventory.
  • Create shipment plans, manage FBA-related issues, and support inventory dispute resolution.
  • Monitor key cost factors, including first-mile logistics, storage fees, and other operational costs.

4. Data Analysis and Business Insights

  • Use Amazon Seller Central reports, Brand Analytics, Opportunity Explorer, and other tools to monitor daily business performance.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports covering sales, traffic, advertising, inventory, and market performance.
  • Identify business issues through data analysis and propose practical improvement plans.
  • Track market trends and competitor activity to support product optimization and new product development.

5. Account Health and Risk Management

  • Maintain strong store performance and ensure account health and compliance with Amazon policies.
  • Handle or support customer service issues, negative reviews, A-to-Z claims, intellectual property complaints, and other account-related risks.

6. Market Scope

  • Responsible for cross-border export operations, including international warehouses and Amazon US and European marketplaces.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above.
  • Minimum 5 years of Amazon platform operations experience.
  • Proven experience independently managing a complete product line or brand store.
  • Able to provide previous performance data, such as sales revenue, profit margin, market ranking, or other operational results.
  • Proficient in all core modules of Amazon Seller Central, with strong knowledge of Amazon platform rules and policies.
  • Strong English listing writing and email communication skills; CET-4, CET-6, or equivalent English proficiency preferred.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, self-motivation, and problem-solving ability.
  • Familiarity with the European marketplace is preferred.
  • Experience supporting new product development and market research is preferred.
