Marketing Manager – China

Job Purpose

We are seeking an innovative and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our digital growth strategy, drive lead generation, and support e-commerce marketing and product planning. This role requires a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to digital tools, content development, SEO, and performance reporting. You’ll work closely with Commercial, Product, and Communications teams to elevate brand visibility and deliver measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation

  • Manage and optimize lead generation efforts using tools like ZoomInfo, Trade AI, and other import databases.
  • Oversee lead credits and sourcing to ensure maximum ROI and pipeline effectiveness for the Commercial team.

2. E-Commerce Marketing

  • Design and implement e-commerce marketing strategies that boost traffic, conversions, and revenue.
  • Support product planning, go-to-market strategy, and post-launch performance tracking.

3. Digital Marketing

  • Develop and execute cross-platform campaigns across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook.
  • Tailor content for platform-specific engagement (e.g., thought leadership for LinkedIn, visual storytelling for Instagram).
  • Track KPIs such as impressions, CTR, conversions, and optimize campaigns using performance data and paid advertising strategies.

4. Website Optimization & SEO

  • Improve on-page and off-page SEO to increase organic traffic and visibility.
  • Conduct regular content audits, refresh outdated material, and produce high-value content aligned with search intent.
  • Track competitor performance and adapt strategies to maintain SEO advantage.

5. Performance Reporting

  • Create and deliver weekly and monthly reports with actionable insights.
  • Analyze trends, evaluate ROI, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

6. Innovation & Growth Opportunities

  • Identify new business opportunities and innovative marketing approaches.
  • Collaborate with Commercial and Product teams to develop launch plans and promotional strategies for new offerings.

7. Communications Delivery

  • Support the creation and delivery of internal and external communications across the organization.
  • Ensure timely, effective, and brand-aligned messaging.

About You

  • Proven track record in lead generation and digital marketing in a B2B or e-commerce environment.
  • Hands-on experience with platforms such as ZoomInfo, CRM systems, Google Analytics, SEO tools, and major social media and e-commerce platforms.
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills – capable of turning insights into strategic action.
  • Self-motivated, innovative thinker with a drive for continuous improvement and measurable outcomes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present insights to senior stakeholders.
  • Experience in brand development, content repurposing, and marketing communications.
  • Collaborative mindset, adaptable to working in fast-paced, international, and cross-functional teams.
