Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated, results-focused Sales Manager to drive revenue growth by selling Turkish products to buyers in Europe/US and Asian-sourced products to Turkish clients.
The ideal candidate will have an established, active network of European/US buyers (e.g., retailers, wholesalers, distributors) that can be immediately transitioned to ET2C, in both the retail and industrial sectors. This is a hands-on sales role.
New Business Development
- Grow revenue by introducing new product categories through ET2C.
- Identify new buyer segments for Turkish industrial products (e.g., equipment, components, vessels, etc.).
- Collaborate with ET2C’s Turkish manufacturers to access target markets and buyers.
Client Relations
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring repeat business and incremental revenue growth, with a target of achieving a 20% increase in revenue.
- Proactively identify upselling opportunities (e.g., new product lines, value-added services) within the existing client portfolio.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, delivering proposals, account reviews, and regular updates.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Existing network of European/US buyers (critical for export sales).
- 7+ years’ experience in B2B sales, preferably in international trade/sourcing.
- Proven track record in new client acquisition and cross-border deal closing.
- Fluent in English and Turkish (mandatory); German, French, or Arabic is a plus.
- Willingness to travel (Europe/Türkiye/Asia).

- Location: Based in Izmir, Türkiye (Office: Izmir Folkart Time Plaza).
- Compensation: Competitive salary + uncapped performance-based bonuses.
