Role Overview
We are seeking a Junior MIS / Data & AI Analyst to support improvements in management information, finance reporting, and sales lead generation across the business.
This role will work closely with Finance, Sales, and Senior Management to automate reporting, improve data accuracy, and leverage modern analytics and AI tools to generate actionable insights.
This is a hands-on, execution-focused role, ideal for someone early in their career who is comfortable working across multiple systems, databases, and imperfect datasets, and who enjoys building practical solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Support the development and enhancement of management and finance reports using data from:
- SAP
- Ekuaibao
- UFIDA / U8
- Extract, clean, and consolidate data from multiple systems into Power BI dashboards and Excel reports.
- Improve reporting accuracy, timeliness, and visibility for senior management.
- Assist with:
- Cost tracking
- Margin analysis
- Expense reporting
- Budget vs actual analysis
Identify and help automate manual finance reporting processes where possible.
Sales Data & Lead Generation Support
- Support sales lead generation and analysis using tools such as:
- ZoomInfo
- Topease
- CRM systems (e.g. SugarCRM, Monday.com, Salesforce)
- Clean, enrich, and structure sales and prospect data.
- Build simple dashboards and reports covering:
- Lead pipelines
- Outreach performance
- Conversion tracking
- Support Sales and Management with data-driven targeting and prioritisation of prospects.
Data, Systems & AI Support
- Maintain and manage internal datasets and data models using SQL, Excel, and Power BI.
- Use AI and automation tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Power Automate, Python scripts where applicable) to:
- Improve reporting workflows
- Reduce manual data handling
- Support analysis and insight generation
- Document data processes, assumptions, and reporting logic clearly.
Essential Skills & Experience
- 1–3 years’ experience in MIS, data analysis, finance reporting, or business analytics.
- Working knowledge of:
- Power BI
- Advanced Excel (formulas, pivot tables)
- Databases / SQL (basic to intermediate level)
- Exposure to ERP or finance systems (SAP, UFIDA/U8, or similar).
- Comfortable working with multiple data sources and incomplete or imperfect data.
- Strong attention to detail with a logical, analytical mindset.
Desirable Experience
- Experience with ZoomInfo, Topease, or other lead-generation platforms.
- Exposure to CRM systems.
- Basic experience with Python or Power Automate.
- Interest or early experience using AI tools for reporting and analytics automation.
- Previous exposure to international or multi-entity businesses.
