General Overview

Support the QC & QA Director in daily operations to ensure smooth departmental workflow. Manage QC services for Buying Office clients, ensuring quality inspections and compliance.

Job Duties

  • Coordinate inspection tasks with Buying Office clients and allocate them to suitable inspectors.
  • Review, modify, and send inspection reports to clients promptly.
  • Calculate monthly inspection service fees, confirm with clients, and inform finance for invoicing.
  • Organize and file inspection reports, ensuring timely system updates.
  • Input factory audit reports into the system.
  • Assist the QC & QA Director in daily task allocation and scheduling.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by superiors.

Job Requirements

  • College degree or higher in quality management or related field with 2+ years of assistant experience.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and self-motivation.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Customer-focused mindset with high service awareness.
  • Strong analytical, observational, and coordination abilities.
  • Honest, ethical, and compliant with professional standards.
  • Team player with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of patience.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Strong written and verbal English skills.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
