Job Purpose
To manage the end-to-end sourcing, quotation, and order fulfillment process for industrial components and engineering projects by serving as a technical bridge between clients and suppliers. This role ensures that all technical specifications, quality standards, and project timelines are met, while delivering value-added services and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. The position also supports internal coordination across QA/QC, purchasing, and logistics teams, contributing to efficient project execution and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
1. Enquiry Management
- Analyze client and sales team enquiries with attention to technical specifications and project needs.
- Identify suitable suppliers for industrial components; validate material specifications, manufacturing processes, and quality checks.
- Source quotations from suppliers; negotiate pricing aligned with client expectations and technical demands.
- Stay updated on industry trends to proactively suggest relevant solutions and products.
- Organize and support technical trips and client visits with comprehensive planning and documentation.
2. Order Management
- Manage the full order lifecycle from confirmation to delivery, resolving any issues that arise.
- Work closely with internal QA/QC teams and suppliers to ensure quality standards are consistently met.
- Coordinate with purchasing and logistics teams to guarantee on-time product delivery.
3. Administrative & Cross-functional Support
- Accurately input data into SAP for procurement, sourcing, and order tracking.
- Serve as a technical liaison between clients and suppliers, clarifying specifications and aligning expectations.
- Provide technical advice and support to clients as part of value-added services.
- Complete additional assignments from the department manager to support business needs.
Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in a similar technical sourcing, project coordination, or procurement role within manufacturing or engineering sectors.
- Product Knowledge: Deep familiarity with industrial components such as hardware, hand tools, power tools, and related technical items.

Strong command of MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Experience with technical drawings and drawing tools.
