We are a UK-based premium snack brand bringing high-quality potato crisps to the Chinese market. Our goal is to establish a strong presence in leading supermarkets and retail chains. To support our expansion, we are seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to lead our supermarket sales strategy.

About Us

  • Develop and implement a sales strategy to introduce our crisps to major supermarkets.
  • Build relationships with key buyers and category managers (e.g., Carrefour, RT-Mart, Hema).
  • Negotiate pricing, promotions, and shelf space to maximize brand visibility.
  • Conduct market analysis to track trends, competition, and consumer preferences.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on in-store promotions and branding initiatives.
  • Monitor and report sales performance, providing insights for continuous growth.

Requirements

  • Experience: 3-5 years in FMCG sales, preferably in snacks or beverages.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of supermarket distribution in China.
  • Network: Existing connections with supermarket buyers is a plus.
  • Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Language: Fluent in Mandarin; English proficiency is a plus.
  • Work Ethic: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
