General Overview
ET2C International is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Sourcing Specialist to support supplier management, documentation, data tracking, and cross-functional collaboration. This role offers excellent exposure to global supply chain operations, especially in the North American market.
Key Responsibilities
Execute day-to-day tasks and projects following defined sourcing processes, with oversight from your manager.
Support in compiling and maintaining quotation sheets, supplier data, and related documentation.
Assist in preparing product specification comparisons and market condition overviews.
Coach suppliers on internal business processes (e.g., SBA, PLI, business terms), and organize their submissions.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams on project development and implementation timelines.
Keep internal documentation, supplier profiles, and sourcing data regularly updated and organize
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related field.
3–5 years of relevant work experience (preferably in sourcing, trading, or supply chain).
Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; strong data management and presentation skills.
Fluent in written and spoken English; strong communicator across cultures and departments.
Experience with the North American market is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects or SKUs simultaneously.
Proactive attitude with excellent follow-through and problem-solving skills.
Prior experience with project coordination and large-volume category management is preferred.
Open-minded, collaborative team player with a positive and professional demeanor.
Willing to travel for business as required.
Responsible, patient, and respectful of internal and external stakeholders.
