Position Overview
The Amazon Operations Manager is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of Amazon store operations — from product listing optimization and advertising strategy to inventory control and performance analysis. This role requires a strong understanding of Amazon’s ecosystem, data-driven decision-making, and the ability to lead continuous improvements that maximize sales, profitability, and brand visibility across global marketplaces.
Key Responsibilities
1. Store & Listing Optimization
Conduct product keyword research and create or optimize titles, bullet points, A+ content, videos, and other listing elements to boost conversion rates.
Plan and coordinate product visuals (images, infographics, and videos) to enhance page appeal and engagement.
2. Advertising & Promotion Strategy
Develop monthly and quarterly advertising budgets and strategies (SP/SD/SB campaigns).
Manage campaign setup, keyword selection, bid adjustments, and performance analysis.
Optimize advertising through data-driven insights (ACOS, CTR, CVR, etc.) to achieve cost-effective results.
Utilize external promotional tools such as deal sites, Early Reviewer Program, and Vine Program to increase sales.
3. Inventory & Supply Chain Coordination
Create effective inventory and replenishment plans, ensuring optimal turnover and avoiding stockouts or overstocking.
Collaborate with supply chain and procurement teams to track shipments, manage FBA inventory, and handle inventory disputes.
Understand cost and profit structures, including shipping, storage, and ad spend.
4. Data Analysis & Business Insights
Use Amazon backend reports, Brand Analytics, and Opportunity Explorer to monitor performance.
Prepare regular performance reports analyzing sales, traffic, and advertising metrics.
Track market trends and competitor activity to inform product development and optimization strategies.
5. Account Health & Risk Control
Maintain excellent account health and ensure compliance with Amazon policies.
Handle customer complaints, negative reviews, A-to-Z claims, and intellectual property issues effectively.
6. Cross-Border Operations
Oversee export operations and coordinate fulfillment for Amazon US and EU marketplaces.
Job Requirements
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree or above.
3–5 years of proven Amazon operations experience, managing full product lines or brand stores.
Ability to present past performance data (sales volume, profit margins, rankings).
Platform Skills
Proficient in Amazon Seller Central, with deep knowledge of Amazon policies, tools, and best practices.
Language Skills
CET-4/CET-6 or equivalent English proficiency; capable of writing listings and handling customer communications.
Personal Attributes
Highly responsible, self-motivated, and analytical with strong problem-solving skills.
Market Knowledge

QC Assistant - Ningbo China

General Overview
The QC Assistant supports the QC & QA Director in managing the department’s daily operations and ensuring smooth coordination of all quality control activities. This role also oversees QC service tasks for Buying Office clients, ensuring all inspections, reporting, and communications are handled accurately and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Communicate with Buying Office clients to schedule and assign inspection tasks to appropriate inspectors.
Review and edit inspection reports provided by inspectors, ensuring accuracy and completeness before sending them to clients promptly.
Calculate monthly inspection service fees, confirm with clients via email, and coordinate with the Finance Department for timely invoicing.
Organize and file all inspection reports, and ensure all ET2C inspection data is entered into the system accurately and on time.
Enter factory audit reports into the system promptly.
Assist the QC & QA Director with daily inspection scheduling, including notifying inspectors and factories about inspection timelines.
Perform other related duties as assigned by the superior.
Job Requirements
College degree or above, preferably in Quality Management or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in a similar assistant or coordination role.
